Future Attribute Screening Technology, or FAST is a high tech polygraph machine. The Department of Homeland Security plans to set these up at public events, and airports.
Despite it’s size (it has to be hauled around in a trailer) it looks like just another polygraph scam to me. I can’t imagine a criminal defense lawyer that would advise someone to take a polygraph test. They aren’t admissible in court; so, the results could never clear you, or convict you of a crime. Polygraphs are a scam to get stupid people to confess.
Given the fact that John McCain, and Joe Lieberman, have cooked up a new scam, enemy belligerents, you would have to be really stupid to go near FAST.
