On April 29, 2009 H.R. 2159, Denying Firearms and Explosives to Dangerous Terrorists Act of 2009, was introduced to Congress by Rep. Peter King of New York. The intent of the bill is “To increase public safety by permitting the Attorney General to deny the transfer of a firearm or the issuance of firearms or explosives licenses to a known or suspected dangerous terrorist.”

This bill would allow the Attorney General, an appointed position held by a gun grabbing Bolshevik, to deny citizens their Second Amendment rights.

On April 29, with little fanfare or corporate media coverage, H.R. 2159 was introduced and referred to the House Committee on the Judiciary. As noted above, the DHS has compiled a long list of folks the government considers terrorists. The bill, if enacted, would allow the attorney general, a documented gun-grabber, to deny millions of Americans due process. “[Rep. King] would deny citizens their civil liberties based on no due process,” Larry Pratt, executive director of Gun Owners of America, tells WorldNetDaily.

The Second Amendment to the Constitution does not allow for any restrictions on any arms. The real problem here is that the Fascism of the Bush administration has been replaced by the Leftist Obama administration. The Leftist in this country view your very thoughts as a threat to them. All one has to do to be a terrorist, to a criminal leftist, is disagree with them.

For example, the memo defines the “tax resistance movement” – also referred to in the report as the tax protest movement or the tax freedom movement – as “groups or individuals who vehemently believe taxes violate their constitutional rights. Among their beliefs are that wages are not income, that paying income taxes is voluntary, and that the 16th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which allowed Congress to levy taxes on income, was not properly ratified.”

To date; 29 countries have ratified CIFTA. These are countries that do not have a Bill of Rights or any guarantee of arms ownership, like the Second Amendment.

CIFTA will criminalize simple acts, like cleaning a firearm, and calls the reloading of ammunition explosive manufacturing. CIFTA  would also put the identities of American citizens in an international data base and make Americans subject to the firearms laws of other countries.  A provision of the treaty  states that it “shall be deposited with the General Secretariat of the Organization of American States, which shall forward an authenticated copy of its text to the Secretariat of the United Nations for registration and publication, in accordance with Article 102 of the United Nations Charter.” Thereby subverting our American citizenship and national sovereignty to the United Nations.

Lugar aims to ratifiy CIFTA

In other words, the founders of the Ammunition Accountability Act are pushing legislation which will have a direct and substantial financial benefit to them.

The legislation calls for each individual piece of ammunition produced to be etched or stamped with a unique serial number. This patented technology was developed by Russ Ford and his business partners Steve Mace and John Knickerbocker of Seattle, Washington.

Ford and his associates were unable to convince any ammunition manufacturers to use their technology, so they hired a lobbyist to push for state-level ammunition tagging legislation.

The Obama administration is putting a lot of pressure on Congress to
slam through the most recent $800+ billion bailout package before anyone has an opportunity to read it.
The Obama administration intones that the details are unimportant.  The
only thing that matters is the “bigness.”  And, by shipping a
bill of nearly $900 billion (plus interest) to our children and grandchildren, the package is really, really big — bigger, in fact, than the budget of our entire government for the first 170 years of our country’s
existence.
But now that some of the details are finally starting to leak out of
Washington, Gun Owners — and a lot of other analysts — are beginning
to look at the fine print.  And some of it is particularly scary.
Of particular concern to gun owners are sections 13101 through 13434 of HR 1, which would set up the infrastructure to computerize the medical records of ALL AMERICANS in a government-coordinated database.
True, the bill doesn’t mandate that the data will be in a giant computer
under the Oval Office.  But it does mandate that your medical records be
reduced to a computerized form which is available to it in a second.
This it would do by establishing a National Coordinator for Health
Information Technology — tasked with, among other things, “providing
information to help guide medical decisions at the time and place of
care.”
It should be scary enough that a government bureaucrat is directed by
statute to try to influence your doctor’s decisions with respect to your
medical care.
But of even greater concern to gun owners is the fact that a
government-coordinated database (which government can freely access) will now contain all records of government-provided and private
psychiatric treatment — including, in particular, the drugs which were
prescribed.
Remember last year’s “NICS Improvement Act” — otherwise
known as the Veterans Disarmament Act?  This law codified ATF’s attempts to make you a prohibited person on the basis of a government psychiatrist’s finding that you are a “danger” — without a finding by any court.  Well, roughly 150,000 battle-scarred veterans have already been unfairly stripped of their gun rights by the government.
But people who, as kids, were diagnosed with Attention Deficit
Disorder… or seniors with Alzheimer’s… or police with Post-Traumatic
Stress Disorder… or people who are now theoretically covered by the
new law… these people have, generally, not suffered the consequences
of its sanctions — YET.  And the chief reason is that their records are
not easily available to the government in a central, easily retrievable,
computerized form.
The bailout bill would change all of that.  It would push increasingly
hard to force your private psychiatrist or government-sanctioned
psychiatrist to turn over your psychiatric records to a massive
database. This would be mandated immediately if your doctor does
business with the government.
This would supposedly save Medicare money in connection with medical
treatment.  And, the sponsors insist, they would work very hard to
protect your privacy.
But this turns the concept of “privacy” on its head.   The
privacy which is MOST important is privacy from the prying eyes of government — not privacy of government data against the prying eyes of others.  After all, many government data bases have been hacked in recent years, with mountains of information stolen.
So, once the government has access to these computerized psychiatric
records, the stage will be set for using that database to take away the
gun rights of those with Alzheimer’s, those with ADD, and those with
PTSD.
ACTION:  Write to Congress.  Urge them to vote against the bailout
bill (HR 1) until it is stripped of provisions which would turn your
psychiatric records over to a central government-coordinated database
against your will — without you getting your day in court.

“During the debates on the adoption of the Constitution, its opponents repeatedly charged that the Constitution as drafted would open the way to tyranny by the central government. Fresh in their minds was the memory of the British violation of civil rights before and during the Revolution. They demanded a “bill of rights” that would spell out the immunities of individual citizens. Several state conventions in their formal ratification of the Constitution asked for such amendments; others ratified the Constitution with the understanding that the amendments would be offered.”

The Bill of Rights, the first 10 amendments to the U.S. Constitution, guarantees the rights of the citizen, and the individual states, from the tyranny of a centralized government. It is the Second Amendment to the Constitution that gives individuals,and states, the means to do so.

In today’s socialist philosophy it is thought that  Government gives the rights to the people, as if rights were simply some privileges, that can be taken away, or lessened. The following quote, from former President, Bill Clinton, is a good example;

“When we got organized as a country and we wrote a fairly radical Constitution with a radical Bill of Rights, giving a radical amount of individual freedom to Americans, it was assumed that the Americans who had that freedom would use it responsibly…”

Not so, Mr. Clinton, the Constitution did not give us our freedom, the Constitution guarantees, and affirms,the freedoms that we are born with.

The Second Amendment does not put limits the arms that one is to keep, and to bear. Arms can be any kind of weaponry, such as; a fire arm, a sword, or any medieval weapon, such as, bow and arrow, mace, or battle axe. Private individuals, commonly, owned canons,and gentlemen carried rapiers, all throughout the 19th century.

To keep means to own, possess, and to maintain. To bear means to carry. I should, therefore, be able to carry, with me, any arms of my choosing. Any regulations, by any Governmental Authority, of my ability to do so is unlawful.

Article I, Section VII, paragraph,15-16, of the United States Constitution, Charges Congress to; To provide for organizing, the militia, and for governing such Part of then as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress.

Militias are made of armed citizens. One might question here; how could Congress, and State Legislatures, provide for militias, without the two key ingredients for militias; arms, and armed citizens? Surplus, WWII, M-1, rifles were sold to the public, through the 1970′s, to satisfy, this requirement of the Constitution. This was before the Big Brother police state, were even, honest citizens are considered to be suspects.

Organizations, such the NRA, often take a wrong headed approach to defending the Second Amendment. They use excuses, such as, self and home defense, and hunting, to own fire arms. The Second Amendment doesn’t say anything about hunting or home defense. The Second Amendment does not restrict the arms that one can own. I do not, therefore, need any excuse to own, or carry weapons, of any kind.

It may be the opinion, of some, that keeping weapons is not necessary, or choose for themselves, to be disarmed. Denying others the ability to arm themselves is unlawful and immoral.

One has a moral, duty, and responsibility to defend their life, and the lives of their families. One has a moral duty to provide for their families. One has a moral duty to defend their country.

It is the immoral individual that would not do so.It is the immoral individuals, and groups, in our country that would deny others the ability to do so.

It is the coward, and the traitor, that would take the oath to uphold and defend the Constitution, and then violate it, and thereby, commit treason.

The bill currently in the Pennsylvania state legislature would require people to forfeit all non-encoded ammo after a certain date. The bill will also add a .05 per bullet tax on the encoded ammo.

The other states with these bills are Arizona, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee and Washington.
