I don’t know about where you live, but where I live, summer arrived early. I have to say it has been a hot one already. In early June the heat index has broken 100 degrees. Can’t wait to see what July and August will have to offer. Hopefully Autumn will show up early to make up for it.

The 4th of July is only a couple of weeks away and here is a plan to beat the heat. Take a break from the 4th of July weekend festivities with a documentary. Turn up the A/C, break out a pitcher of lemonade, or my favorite, southern iced tea, and check out Blood of Patriots.

Blood of Patriots is a film by William Lewis and Gary Franchi. It addresses what the Founding Fathers envisioned and describes the political scene in the United States today. Blood of Patriots is the fourth collaboration between Lewis and Franchi.

Blood of Patriots delves into what our Forefathers were thinking as they debated the necessity of a Bill of Rights, their thoughts on the Constitution as the only protection the new country would ever need and visits legislation and Supreme Court decisions, right or wrong, that have shaped our political landscape.

A couple of days ago, I was watching a Ron Paul interview, from a few weeks ago. Playing in the background, was a clip of Osama Bin Laden.

But the clip didn’t have one real Bin Laden in it. It was all the fake CIA actors.

I decided that the mainstream media propagandists needed some rudimentary training in identifying different things.

Let’s see if you can tell which one is not like the others.

It doesn’t surprise me that the mainstream media, acting as the propaganda arm of the government, would blow smoke up our backsides.

It does bother me that millions of people will sit passively in front of the tube and not question what they are seeing.

Several times, I have been cut off, by a car, while riding my motorcycle. Nearly every time, the drive of the car, was starring right at me. I had even made eye contact with them. I know, darn good well, had they hit me, they would have said that they didn’t see me.
